It’s frustrating to begin the day genuinely intending to do something, only to watch it disappear beneath distractions, interruptions and everything else competing for your attention. You know what you need or want to do, but staying connected to it throughout the day is another story. This is where I come in! During the day, I check in, remind you of what you said mattered and help you refocus when the day pulls you away, so you can follow through more consistently and end the day feeling like you made progress instead of feeling drained and disappointed.

Receiving an ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis later in life can feel validating and disorienting at the same time. You finally understand why certain things have been so difficult, but that understanding doesn’t suddenly make time blindness, distraction, overwhelm or starting something any easier. Trust me, I know. I was diagnosed at 35, and it was a lot to get used to. I help you navigate life with this new understanding by providing personalized reminders, check-ins and encouragement that work with your actual day, so you have someone helping guide you back to your intentions without constantly shaming yourself for losing focus.

It’s hard to stay focused on your own priorities when someone always needs something and the plan can change before the day has even really begun. You may be doing a hundred things for everyone else while still feeling like you accomplished nothing. This is where I come in. I check in by text as your real day unfolds, bring you back to what matters to you and help you adjust when life changes the plan, so unscheduled interruptions and real-life moments don’t completely derail your day or push your needs aside again.

There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from knowing every reminder, decision, responsibility and reset falls on you. You may have people who love you, but no built-in person consistently checking in, noticing when you’ve gotten off track or encouraging you through the everyday things. This is where I come alongside you. I’m someone you can share your day with, including the highs, the lows, the exciting news, the small wins and the things that feel scary. I’ll also help you remember what matters and keep moving forward, so you don’t have to carry every part of your day alone.

Not having a village doesn’t always mean having no people. Sometimes it means having names in your phone, but no one you feel comfortable calling when you need help, encouragement or simply someone to share your day with. That kind of loneliness can make every decision, setback and responsibility feel heavier. Enter Erica. (That’s me!) I become that consistent person in your corner who checks in, listens, encourages you and helps you keep going, so every high, low and difficult moment doesn’t have to stay stuck inside of you.

Maybe you don’t have many people in your life, or maybe the people you do have simply don’t care about the same things you do: growth, health, faith and/or living more intentionally. Since they aren’t doing those things themselves, they may not understand why they matter so much to you or know how to talk about them with you. And when you’re the only one trying to live differently, it can be easy to get pulled into the habits and mindset surrounding you. I know how challenging that can be. With me, you have a like-minded person to talk to about this part of your life. Someone who gets why it matters, remembers what you’re working toward and helps you stay connected to it when it’s easy to get pulled away.
-
You may have people who love you and genuinely want to help, but you don’t want them to be responsible for reminding you, motivating you or repeatedly checking whether you followed through. Maybe those conversations have started to feel like nagging, caused tension or made you want to avoid the subject altogether. Maybe they said they’d help, but they never did. Or they did a few times, then stopped.
And sometimes, it really is easier telling someone outside your personal life. There’s less history, less fear of judgment and less worry about how asking for help might affect the relationship.
You won’t have to worry about that with me. I’m here to give you a dedicated place to receive that kind of support, so you can get the reminders and accountability you need without making the people you love responsible for keeping you on track.

You love God and want Him involved in your everyday life, but some days get so busy and loud that you realize you’ve been trying to handle everything without pausing to include Him. You’re not looking for someone to preach at you or tell you what God is saying. You want gentle reminders to pray, bring Him into your decisions and return your attention to what truly matters. In addition to helping you navigate your day, I make room for that in our check-ins, pray with you when requested and pray for you in my own time, so your faith doesn’t keep becoming something you mean to get back to later.
What Happens When You Say Yes
Fill Me In
Start by completing a short questionnaire that gives you space to tell me what’s going on, what feels most important and where you could use some help. You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s what the next step is for.
We Talk It Through
This is where we take everything that’s been circling in your head and make sense of it together. We’ll identify your priorities and create a personalized plan for how I can best support you moving forward.
Help is on the Way
Once we know what you need, I begin showing up in your day with personalized check-ins, reminders, encouragement and help adjusting when life changes the plan. You won’t have to remember to reach out first. I’ll already be on the way.
I’m In Your Corner
I’m Erica. I know what it feels like to look at your phone, scroll through a ton of contacts and realize you don’t know who to call. I also know how exhausting it is to be the person who remembers everything, handles everything and still feels like you’re falling behind. Add late-diagnosed ADHD to the mix, with changing seasons of life and responsibilities that don’t skip a beat, and even the simplest things can start to feel heavier than they should.
I’m not here to run your life or tell you what to do. I’m here to listen, remember the things that matter to you but keep slipping your mind, help you stay focused and show up in the ways you need as you move through your day. An alarm can go off, get silenced and disappear. Trust me, I know. I’ve silenced plenty of mine. But I’m a real person who can notice, follow up, help you adjust and care about whether the thing actually got done and how you’re doing along the way.
So the next time you look at your phone wondering who you can call, you’ll know you can reach out to me. And you won’t always have to be the one reaching out first.
Think of Me as Your Phone-a-Friend
Let’s get real. Your schedule is busy and, for the most part, you already know what you need to do. But you’re human. Sometimes you fall off, lose focus or need another perspective. Finding time for a full coaching session isn’t always realistic, and having an accountability partner may be exactly what fits. When you have someone who already knows what you’re working toward and helps you keep it prioritized, you can move toward your goal more consistently.
Some days that looks like stability, encouragement or a reminder. Other days, you may need to bounce an idea around, hear another perspective, talk through an overwhelming moment or pray with someone. And sometimes you just want a person who will listen without judgment or be genuinely excited when you have good news to share.
You can reach out to me, and you won’t carry all the responsibility for remembering to do it because I’ll be reaching out to you too.
Imagine Yourself Saying This a Few Months From Now…
“I was apprehensive at first, but the more I thought about it, the more having an accountability partner made sense for me. My schedule is so busy and, for the most part, I already know what to do. But there are areas where I need guidance and I’m human, so sometimes I fall off.
Having Erica is like having a phone-a-friend. Sometimes it’s encouragement or help getting back on track. Sometimes it’s having someone talk me through an overwhelming moment or pray with me. Other times, it’s having someone listen without judgment or share in my excitement when I have good news.
It has definitely been worth it for me. I’ll be continuing my membership!”
“I used to go to my friends and family whenever I needed motivation, reminders or help working through something. Over time, it started putting strain on our relationships. Since I started with Erica, I have somewhere else to bring those things and it’s taken the pressure off the people I love and helped me show up as a better friend, spouse and person.”
“I don’t have a lot of people in my life, and it gets lonely. There are moments when I really need someone to talk to. I talk to God, but sometimes I also need a person who can listen and be present with me in that moment. Before Erica, I would stare at my phone because I genuinely didn’t know who to call. Having Erica in my corner has helped me feel seen, heard and cared for.”
