Real Change.
Real Life.
No More Starting Over.
I don’t believe real change happens entirely in isolation.
It happens in relationship.
It happens in honesty.
It happens when someone who gets it, someone who has lived it, can sit with you, walk with you, and not rush the process.
My work is rooted in that.
Not in hacks.
Not in quick fixes.
Not in surface-level conversations.
Not in classroom knowledge that never reaches your real life.
Not in things that sound good but don’t actually help you live differently.
But in walking with you as you start to live differently, and deal with what actually comes up when you do.
I’ve seen what it looks like to do the work, gain the awareness, and still end up in the same patterns.
To feel overwhelmed.
To not know where to start.
To think about everything so much that you don’t start at all.
To want change…
but not know what that actually looks like in real, everyday life.
This isn’t theoretical for me.
I’ve lived the cycles.
The overthinking.
The burnout.
The starting and stopping.
I know what it’s like to want change and not know where to begin, or how to sustain it when things finally start to shift.
I’ve spent years doing the work. Therapy, EMDR, personal development, and formal training in coaching and NLP.
Not just to understand it.
But to actually live it.
Now, that’s what I bring into the work we do together.
We get to the root of what’s actually holding you back.
We rebuild trust in yourself.
And we build the kind of consistency that doesn’t fall apart the second things get uncomfortable.
This isn’t just about healing.
It’s not therapy.
What’s made the difference for me is the integration of therapy, personal development, and my relationship with Jesus, lived out in real, everyday life.
That’s what we build here.
You are responsible for showing up and doing the work.
And I’m there with you. To guide you, challenge you, and support you when things get hard or you start slipping back into old patterns.
Here’s the truth:
Change doesn’t come from knowing more.
It comes from what you do with what you know.
For some people, that means figuring out where to start.
For others, it means finally following through.
That’s the work.

I meet you where you are.
You don’t have to perform here.
We get honest about what’s actually going on, and we work from there.
Together, We’ll:
get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck
build simple structure that actually works in your real life
practice consistency in a way that lasts
strengthen your relationship with God in your everyday life
and close the gap between what you know and how you actually live
My Palm Tree Philosophy
The palm tree has become significant to me personally.
Psalm 92:12 says, “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree.”
Palm trees are designed differently. In a storm, they bend and dance with the wind, they don’t break under the pressure. During the storm, it may look like defeat….stem bent low, pressed down, almost taken out by what came against it.
But when the winds calm, the palm tree rises again, strengthened in its roots.
That picture has stayed with me because it reflects so much of what God has done in my own life. I know what it is to be bent low by trauma, survival patterns, grief, exhaustion, and seasons that felt like they might take me out.
But by God’s grace, I rise.
The palm tree reminds me that bending is not breaking. Storms may shape us, but they don’t have to define us. God can use pressure to deepen our roots, strengthen what’s unseen, and teach us how to stand again.
This is part of the heart behind Lifestyles of the Determined: resilience that grows from the inside out.
And for me, the three palms together is a reminder of the Holy Trinity:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — the One who roots, strengthens, and helps us rise.
Scripture That Anchors This Work
“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you, will carry it on to completion…”
Philippians 1:6
This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about allowing God to restore, rebuild, strengthen, and complete what He has already begun.
This is not about fixing you.
You are not broken.
This is about rebuilding, realigning, and moving forward with clarity and consistency.
It’s about discovering who you’ve always been, but never had the support or structure to fully become.
Everyone I work with is different.
Different story.
Different patterns.
Different pace.
But the goal is the same.
Real, sustainable change that shows up in your life
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to do this alone.
But this does take effort.
It takes honesty.
It takes follow-through.
We’re not starting over anymore.
We’re not sitting in “one day” anymore.
We’re moving.
